Life changes the moment we begin to see the world as a world of power: energy in motion, flowing through patterns known to modern minds as archetypes and to ancient cultures as gods, goddesses, deities, angels and demons.
Power is everywhere. Every experience we have is shaped by a power dynamic or "power play". The quality of our lives is influenced by how much power we hold, where we give it away, and what has power over us.
Ho'omana is a Hawaiian word meaning empowerment. It speaks to a deeper purpose in life: to empower ourselves, one another, and all of life.
Join me for a shamanic practice day dedicated to reshaping and rebuilding power within your inner landscape because:

The first stage is accessing your passion and naming the places where your values have been crossed, denied, or compromised.
What are you rebelling against, and why?
Together we will open a channel to the planetary power of Venus, guardian of values, worth and self-esteem. Once Venus, one of her many names, is awakened within us, we are ready to rumble.
The second stage is creating the plan: a thoughtful strategy that supports meaningful and lasting change.
We will explore:
The essential art of dropping the baggage through the Ho'oponopono Release Technique.
Engaging the pure intention and mana of the Higher Self.
Breaking resistance to releasing the old self and old order through ritual death and burial practices.
Crafting new myths through shamanic fetish-making, giving symbolic form to the emerging self.
The Re-entry: a shamanic journey to reboot the psyche.
Practical follow-up steps to stabilise the new world order within and learn how to nourish and protect the new Self.
I have designed this day to be as creative, experiential and transformative as possible.
I have no doubt you will find it both informative and inspiring, as I always do when working with traditional wisdom teachings and the roadmaps our ancestors have left for us to follow.
When we empower ourselves and others, we enter into a more loving relationship with Life itself; a relationship that is expansive, joyful and celebratory of all that is, was and ever will be.
This elevated energetic state is known as Altitude. It offers us a way of seeing from the mountaintop, where the view is far removed from the survival instincts, separation and tribalism that dominate the lower centres of awareness. From this higher perspective, we reconnect with our fullest potential and our deepest humanity
